Email needs to stay reliable. Putting it on the same server as your website is a trap. We keep your site and email apart so you can keep sending quotes and hearing from customers.
If your web host glitches, the site goes down. If email sits on the same server, email dies too. You can’t send quotes or see replies.

Brand-new @yourbusiness.com addresses have zero reputation. Quotes from them often land in spam. Customers never see them.

If a web company hosts your email, they control your messages. Leaving them means moving years of email. You might lose everything.

What to do instead (it’s free and simple)
Keep using Gmail or Outlook, but make it look sharp and personal:
- Use your regular Gmail or Outlook account.
- Upload a clear photo of you or your logo to your profile.
- Set your “From” name to your business name. That’s what most people see.
- Add a simple signature to every email:
