1) Services we provide

• We recover or rebuild your website and host it on our infrastructure.
• We handle SSL certificates and keep your domain pointed correctly when you grant us access.
• We make content changes you request over the phone or by email (per your plan limits).
• We monitor basic uptime; if we see an outage related to our hosting, we fix it.

2) What we do not do

• We do not sell or host your email. We recommend keeping email on Gmail/Outlook (see our Email Policy).
• We do not guarantee search rankings or advertising results.

3) Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, prices, hours, and contact details. You are responsible for the truth of what we publish.
• Maintain access to your domain registrar and grant us access when needed for DNS changes.
• Keep your payment method current and pay invoices when due.
• Use the site legally and do not publish illegal or infringing content.

4) Billing and cancellations

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. One-time setup fees (if any) are billed when you authorize the work.
• We use secure payment links via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Paddle, or Square); no card data is collected on our site.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied in the first 30 days, call us and we will return that month's fee.
• You can cancel any time by phone or email support@webpolish.ai. We stop billing going forward; charges outside the 30-day window are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Taxes/fees: applicable state/local taxes may be added where required.
• If payment fails and is not resolved, we may pause service or take the site offline until payment is received.

5) Content updates

• Included phone-in updates align with your plan. Additional requests may be scoped and quoted by phone.
• We may refuse updates that are illegal, abusive, or outside the agreed scope.
• For urgent issues (outages, security warnings), we prioritize fixes as quickly as possible.

6) Intellectual property

• You own your content, photos, and trademarks. You grant us permission to host and publish them on your site.
• Our templates, code, and tooling remain owned by WebPolish. You receive the right to use the hosted site while subscribed.

7) Disclaimers and limits

• We provide the service “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, but we work to resolve outages quickly.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior three months.
• We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages.

8) Compliance and acceptable use

• No illegal content, hate speech, or malware. We may suspend or remove content that violates these rules.
• Healthcare, financial, or other regulated content may require extra controls; tell us up front so we can assess.

9) Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will post an updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.

10) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, and disputes will be handled in Phoenix, AZ.
