If you’re not satisfied in the first 30 days, we’ll refund your monthly fee when you call us. No hoops, no portals.
How it works
- Eligible period: the first 30 days of your paid plan.
- Process: call us or email support@webpolish.ai and tell us you want a refund. We process it on the original payment method.
- Timing: refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Scope: refund covers the monthly subscription fee. One-time setup fees are refundable within the first 30 days only if the site has not launched. Applicable taxes/fees are refunded where required by law.

Exclusions
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the service voids the guarantee.
